Once a month, we take the time to slow down, move the body, deepen the breath and reset the nervous system.
This session is Katonah-inspired - combining yoga, functional alignment and breathwork.
It’s not about going deeper or pushing harder, but about working intelligently with your body to feel more structured, balanced and at ease.
Through breath, movement and clear alignment, you create an inner space that supports you - not just during the session, but in your everyday life.
The session takes place inside the TuricumFit café, right next to the health studio - exclusively for our group during the class.
If you like, stay afterwards for coffee, matcha or breakfast and ease into your weekend.
